Midland Metro is reminding passengers that they have just two weeks left to claim free travel on the tram system.

Over 70,000 households along the Metro line received a 'buy one, get one free' travel voucher in June. The discount entitles travellers to a free Metro Daytripper until 31 July.

Hundreds of people have already taken advantage of the deal to go shopping and visit friends and family. The Daytripper provides unlimited travel after 9:30am on weekdays and travel all day on weekends.

The Midland Metro operates between Birmingham Snow Hill and Wolverhampton every 8 minutes throughout the day. It is the West Midland’s most reliable form of public transport and consistently delivers service levels in excess of 99%.
